Mission Statement:

To provide my guidance, renew hope, provide clarity and direction when desired in a safe and empathetic space, free of judgment, for your energetic person-centred counselling and service experience.

Foreword:

I've always held the word "vocation" in high regard. It derives from the latin word "vocare" and interpreted means "to call". My spirit was called to provide people with life services. I was called to be a valuable resource and guide for you to seek out and remember who you are. I am also here for clients and families who are struggling with the most painful pieces of their lives that they have ever faced.

In 2018, while attending Yorkville University's Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology program, I discovered my passion, and my skill set in counselling could be described as non conventional and even more suited to intuitional work, yet I am highly effective in energy based growth and healing methodologies. I believe allows for my clients to connect with their higher self. I also offer a path to those struggling to return to their higher self through; Recovery in Drug and Alcohol Intervention, (All addictions/hoarding intervention), Recovery Planning.

Qualifications:

Jen Hudson is extremely passionate with her work as a holistic minded Counsellor, Channel, Energy Clinician, Interventionist, Recovery worker. She is approaching 7 years of experience in the field of behavioral health. One of her most unique gifts is her ability to guide people through their Past Life experiences or "Incarnate Lives" in order to make sense of them in regard to current day behaviour, emotion and where they store their emotion that is expressed through physical ailment. Ms. Hudson did achieve honours in Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology level education in Group Counselling, CCPA Ethics, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Personality Traits, Holistic Approach to Wellness etc. She completed a Bachelor of Applied Science from Southern New Hampshire University (2000). She holds Diplomas in Modern Applied Psychology and Addiction Studies. She has achieved multiple accredited certifications in addiction studies, among other therapeutic multi-modality approaches and techniques. Her list of qualifications includes over 22 certifications in internationally accredited training, including her favourite, Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique / Past Life Regression. She has completed Certified Recovery Coach through the prestigious CCAR program in Connecticut as well as areas she does no longer focuses on such being a Certified End Of Life Doula from Douglas College.

Ms. Hudson is a member in good standing, of the Canadian Addiction Counsellors Certification Federation (CACCF), International Association of Therapists (IAOTH), and the Canadian Association of Integrative & Energy Therapies (CAIET). She was was an active student member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapist Association (CCPA). She will never be finished with learning and growing.
